16.03.2013fromAdam Dudley Apart from when there is ice under neath snow on a steep bank, these winter tyres are superb. Even in the above mentioned scenario though you do still have some control and all tyres have their limits. A good performer, and very little wear and tear. They are perfect for keeping you on the move during rural County Durham winters which are pretty severe at times. I didnt change them back to the summer set till April last year for instance, and this year, we are still experiencing single figure temps below 7 degrees with regular frost, ice and snow fall on higher ground.
