Previously had Nokian WR for four winter seasons and they were excellent. Last autumn bought W+ because they were on sale and significantly cheaper. Unfortunately, the difference is also significant. Grip in wet conditions on W+ is poor, and they just don't give you enough confidence for driving in winter conditions. Not that it should matter, tires have Made in Russia mark.

Very weak tire all around, I used it until their end of life (4 winter seasons, and one summer) because I paid a lot of money for them.
In tests, they were quite well rated, but they were much worse than the previous Sava Eskimo S3 that I used for 4 seasons. I was very dissapointed by the change, and by Nokian in general.

This will be the tyres 4th winter and they still have 8mm of tread remaining. Each winter the tyres get even better. I much prefer them to the Megane's normal summer tyres (Michelin) because they are much quieter and give a smoother ride. In future, when I change my car, I will purchase Nokia tyres again. Highly recommended!
