Excellent value for money. I don't push the tyres to the limit but they easily cope with varying weather and have lasted well.

No complaints, will probably buy them again. Good value for money.

These tyres in my rear wheel drive BMW are grippy in the dry, but leave me yearning for more in the wet. The car will "step-out" if I punch it whilst the road is even midly damp. My tracking was done at the same time as having these fitted so that is not a factor. The car will also step out if the road is more greasy looking.

Exceptional behaviour in wet .Good in dry conditions but not for extremely fast driving. Excellent breaking properties. Very high mileage!!
07.03.2022 from Patricia
Terrible grip especially on wet - went sliding on a roundabout with slow speed. Simply doesn’t grip on the road well. I have tried several tyres in my driving time but these sadly are one of the worst purchases I’ve made. I was hopeful as it’s Goodyear but it’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this. The noise isn’t too bad, but fuel consumption is poor and so it’s the grip!
26.01.2022 from R
Nearly perfect road tyre in my opinion. I usually drive sensibly, but often "spirited" and found no major downsides, grips really well. ~2000 miles so far I don't see any wear at all (unlike the budget tyres I had before). The only drawback was going through puddles at speed, but I think that's more my car lacking a limited slip diff.
07.11.2021 from Krzys
I used to own Primacy 4's which I liked very much, but pricewise 4'were too expensive. I think Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 are very comfortable tyres. They produce less internal noise when compared to Primacy 4's. Also Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 are softer and less precise (just by marginal difference) than Primacy 4's. Overall I like Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 very much and I think these are safe, comfortable and well pierced premium tyres. I'll buy these tyres again for sure. I would say I should do around 45,000 km in this tyres (front axle) seeing current usage (1.3mm) after 8,500 km.

The most expensive conti's I've ever purchased (x4) Ouch!! I've bought a lot of other conti's in the past. Inc Sportcontact & Uniroyal tyres. Ecocontact5 are noisy, very average grip levels in wet & dry conditions. Poor wear levels for a so called eco tyre :-( Neither do I like the feel of them during cornering. I will not buy these budget/mid range level tyres again. I really don't have anything positive to say about these tyres. Apart from when I'm going to change them. Buy another mid range tyre instead or even a budget & save money ;-)

Nice Budget tyres with that wide and quattro drive its hard to say it lose a grip or brake bad.
02.05.2022 from Alan
Just put these on the rear of my car. The were fitted on a wet day when the roads were greasy. With the tyres being brand new I was expecting wheel spin when I put the foot down. Nope, not a bit, the tyres bit hard. Even on the motorway at 120 kph when I put the foot down I could feel the extra grip and push which added to the driving pleasure and thrill. I've tried spinning the rear wheels in the wet but they just seem to grip really well.

These tyres are good value and perform safely and well when used within legal parameters on UK roads. One slight negative is road surfaces can sometimes make tyre noise quite high but other than that I will definitely buy them again.
12.09.2024 from Michael
The tyres were 7/10 when I got them, the wet straight line grip is great the dry performance is above average. Quiet and comfortable tyres. The tyre wear is poor, I had new arms, tie rods, drop links and bushings as well as alignment done afterwards. The tyres showed excessive wear on the edge after only 8000 miles. I always check tyre pressure every week.

I changed tyres from Conti Premium and I am preete happy with Hankook. It is also a premium tyre.
22.05.2020 from Pieter
The biggest problem with these tyres ar that they do not have rip protection. I have been using Hancooks on my previous car, so when looking for tyres for my current car, Hancooks came to mind. I had a better driving experience with the tyres that I replaced.
06.12.2019 from White
These tyres give a superb quiet ride. I also have these tyres fitted to the front of my vehicle, which have now completed 45,000 km and the wear is every bit as good as the Michelin tyres they replaced. Although I do not drive in an aggressive manner I have not noticed any detriment in road holding or fuel consumption.

21.02.2026 from Alan Marshall
Fabulous tyres and exceptional wear, considering the price point of these, especially given my driving style. I'll definitely see over 20000 miles on these tyres which I find remarkable on a heavy car with over 400hp. Could I have better grip, sure for twice the price. Do you really need it, even for having fun on UK roads, no! They are soft rubber though, so you'll know if your alignment is out, these didn't last long on my Merc V Class!
08.08.2020 from Dean
Doing relatively high mileage of over 40k every year, I've been through various different premium tyres over the years. Let me tell you, in the 5k miles on these tyres so far I'd say they're pound for pound up there with premium tyres for everyday driving. I've found them to be really good in the wet, no major drama with aquaplaning and my heavy right foot has encountered no issues in cornering. Strangely, I've found that I'm more confident with these in the wet than dry- they tend to be slightly unpredictable when pushing on. Not a massive issue by any means and shouldn't put anybody off, it's just highlighted by my spirited driving style! Wear seems to be decent so far, but as I said I've only done 5k so far so too early to tell. All in all, great value for money and worth a try. On 20's, The Goodyear Eagle F1s that I had on previously were £160 each, whereas I got these for £115. 200 quid saved, and genuinely no worse performance. Well done Viking!
18.10.2019 from W Edbury
The car feels very safe cornering and braking is very good , it drives straight no wandering overall I’m very satisfied with the set of Tyres.

Slightly noisier at low speeds than I had expected (my Cooper winter tyres are quieter) although the relative noise abates at higher speeds. They're pretty firm on bumpy roads where I drive most often. Superb for motorway driving in terms of low noise and excellent ride comfort.
01.08.2020 from Rob
Great wearing tyre, plenty of grip in the wet and dry. Wearing better the Goodyear F1's I had on the car before. Will definitely buy again.
29.04.2020 from Mr Doorbar
These tyres were OE on my 2017 Passat Estate so I stuck with the same when it came to replacing the fronts. I'm still on the original rears. The fronts did around 24K miles while the tread left of the rears gives me around another 10K at least. However, the tyres walls on the rear have slight cracking even though they haven't been curbed and if get worst it will become an MOT failure at the cars first MOT this year. The one area where these tyres are weakest are the road noise. I'm sure there are quieter tyres out there but they may be weaker in other areas. On the whole these Pirellis are more than suitable for any family car.
15.01.2019 from Glynne Gianelli
Seems quieter and more comfortable. Grip very good and economy improved as well.

Semperit Summer Tyres Will Never Let You Down

The meaning of the word Semperit is “Always on the move” and it the trademark of this Austrian tyre brand, which is also a part of the Continental group. The merge with the tyre industry giant and the quality-price ratio as well as the lifetime of the Semperit summer tyres represent an excellent business card for Semperit tyre brand.

Affordable Semperit Summer Tyres

As a price-conscious motorist, you will find technologically sophisticated Semperit summer tyres for all conceivable road conditions. The range of summer tyres includes Semperit Comfort Life 2, Speed Life or Speed Comfort series, which are ideally suited for the compact class and sports cars, and Semperit Trans-Speed-2 and Semperit Van-Life especially developed for vans.

Semperit summer tires of the Speed-Life series allow speeds of up to 149 mph. Among the outstanding features of this tyre, series are the exceptional grip limits in the curves on both dry and wet roads. Wide circumferential grooves offer excellent protection against aquaplaning due to the better water displacement. The Semperit summer tyres of Comfort Life provide low-priced reliability in demanding driving situations. The tyre compound ensures longer life and reduced fuel consumption.

In 1850, the manufacturer began the production of its first tyres in Wimpassing, Austria, the first tyre factory in Europe. Fifty years later, the creation of car tyres had no more secrets for Semperit. The natural environment has shaped the way of conceiving its work.

Semperit is also known in the world for its winter tyres, reliable and safe, ideally suited to snow-covered mountain roads. Here also tradition has something to say since it is not by chance that these tyres are recognized for the ease with which they can be manoeuvred and for their stable road grip, which allows you to maintain a constant speed, even in the worst weather conditions.

Motorists who don’t wish to make a hole in the wallet and still buy a quality product will find that Semperit summer tyres are excellent value for the money as they are developed with technological advancements which did not impact their price. Convince yourself of this by scanning through Tyres-Outlet.co.uk online offer.
