21.02.2026 from Alan Marshall
Fabulous tyres and exceptional wear, considering the price point of these, especially given my driving style. I'll definitely see over 20000 miles on these tyres which I find remarkable on a heavy car with over 400hp. Could I have better grip, sure for twice the price. Do you really need it, even for having fun on UK roads, no! They are soft rubber though, so you'll know if your alignment is out, these didn't last long on my Merc V Class!
08.08.2020 from Dean
Doing relatively high mileage of over 40k every year, I've been through various different premium tyres over the years. Let me tell you, in the 5k miles on these tyres so far I'd say they're pound for pound up there with premium tyres for everyday driving. I've found them to be really good in the wet, no major drama with aquaplaning and my heavy right foot has encountered no issues in cornering. Strangely, I've found that I'm more confident with these in the wet than dry- they tend to be slightly unpredictable when pushing on. Not a massive issue by any means and shouldn't put anybody off, it's just highlighted by my spirited driving style! Wear seems to be decent so far, but as I said I've only done 5k so far so too early to tell. All in all, great value for money and worth a try. On 20's, The Goodyear Eagle F1s that I had on previously were £160 each, whereas I got these for £115. 200 quid saved, and genuinely no worse performance. Well done Viking!
18.10.2019 from W Edbury
The car feels very safe cornering and braking is very good , it drives straight no wandering overall I’m very satisfied with the set of Tyres.

Excellent value for money. I don't push the tyres to the limit but they easily cope with varying weather and have lasted well.

No complaints, will probably buy them again. Good value for money.

These tyres are good value and perform safely and well when used within legal parameters on UK roads. One slight negative is road surfaces can sometimes make tyre noise quite high but other than that I will definitely buy them again.
12.09.2024 from Michael
The tyres were 7/10 when I got them, the wet straight line grip is great the dry performance is above average. Quiet and comfortable tyres. The tyre wear is poor, I had new arms, tie rods, drop links and bushings as well as alignment done afterwards. The tyres showed excessive wear on the edge after only 8000 miles. I always check tyre pressure every week.

These Trazano Z107 tyres were initially adequate as budget tyres but over time they have become noisy at speed and wet grip is now atrocious - with 5mm of tread still on the tyre. A regrettable purchase. I will revert to my usual Pirelli Cinturato which performed admirably right down to the tread wear markers. Lesson learned.

09.02.2023 from Roy Durgan
Very quiet tyres, very smooth comfort.
20.04.2022 from Irving Stewart
The MX5 Mk3 NC is generally regarded by enthusiasts as the worst handling of all the MX5's due to its extra height, weight, and suspension settings but I deliberately selected this particular version for its comfort, power folding roof, and pleasant ride. When first purchased the car was fitted with ridiculously wide [10"] rims shod with obscure American tyres. It handled like a pig, followed every white line, and a matchstick on the road felt like a small boulder. Fortunately I swapped the big wheels, with another enthusiast, and acquired a set of 16" Momo alloys. These wheels were shod with Falken tyres, two of which were almost new and two almost shot. The decision was whether to change tyre brand completely or see how the Falkens fared. The various MX5 Forums showed a wide range of differing views on the best tyres for my MX5, at hugely differing costs, so I decided as an experiment to stick with the with Falkens and subsequently fitted a new pair to the front. At this stage I should add that it has taken me three years to rebuild this MX5, it is probably my last car, and it is very rarely driven to its limits. Whilst I still enjoy a spirited drive around the enticing Welsh and Shropshire roads, and the occasional run to Essex and the South Coast, I gave up thrashing my cars when I retired from the circuits over 50 years ago! Today safety, comfort, and pleasure are my prioroties! Over three years the Falkens have performed well for "budget" tyres. In the dry they behave well, are quiet, and very predictable. In the wet they can be induced to loose grip [especially on the rear] but I have never had the front break away unexpectedly or in a dangerous manner. An over enthusiastic right foot will induce wheelspin when pulling away in the wet, even in town, but the Falkens soon regain traction. In the dry the rear can be induced to "hang out" but I have never had any major concerns about the car swapping ends. Some of the younger members of the MX5 fraternity have told me that [when run at higher pressure] the Falkens behave well on the track but wear quite quickly which is something I have not tried, and will not experience. Compared to the exhorbitant wear rate of far more expensive "leading" tyre brands experienced by my friends [some as low as 12,500miles per set] on far more recent premium cars, I am more than satisfield with the Fakens and will probably, eventually, replace them with the same brand.
02.03.2022 from Fi Hoang
Great tyres at a good price. Well Recommended.
05.01.2021 from John
Very happy with the tyres - excellent grip in wet or dry conditions. Also wearing well and reasonably quiet.

These tyres performed really well. I drove 79000km ( over 3 years 8 months) before changing them and they could still go a bit. Would definitely recommend.
02.04.2021 from Bill
Very good grip in dry and wet, low wear, low noise, very low consuption, also, quite good and stable even in light snow. After 3 years noticed they get bit stiff than new, grip still is ok, I will keep them one more year, probably will buy same. In some countries they are sold as M+S instead of summer, car is very safe in light snow but a winter tyre is more suitable in these conditions

I had them on the front from new, after 2000 miles they start generating more noise ,after 10000 miles (1 year) depth tread was 2mm. Never buy any cheap tyres again .
23.02.2025 from Ricardo Rodrigues
Good grip on dry and wet , the noise is not bad but only lasted 10k miles. All uniform wear but only lasted 10k with very smooth driving
25.11.2024 from Liam Denning
I’ve tried to push these tyres to the limit and they hold up really well. Great performance overall, doing as well as the premium priced Continentals they replaced. Well impressed!
22.08.2024 from Kevin Broderick
Really good tyres. Bought on the mechanics recommendation and I’m delighted I did. Just as good as the Michelins they replaced. Excellent grip on wet roads even at high speed.

The tyres perform well for day to day driving, but lack confindence in the intial turn if your pushing the car. The brakng performance in a straight line whiles in wet is incredible and reliable. Accelerating in the wet very good but not as good as the braking. The tyres do not make much noise on the motorway and seem to be puncture resistant. I would not recommend these tyres for those who want to push the their on the weekend as they simply let go.
26.02.2021 from Arek
Good all-round tyres. Safety & quite.
02.04.2020 from Clive Williams
The tyres have provided a remarkable improvement in handling and grip, inspiring confidence that translates into improved A-B times as well as being more comfortable than the previous tyres i.e. Nexen.

Continental Summer Tyres - The Optimal Tyre for All Road Conditions

Continental summer tyres have long been one of the leading products when it comes to safety and driving comfort. Furthermore, the tyre manufacturer gives great importance to the ecological aspects of its summer tyres as well as winter tyres, because in addition to great mileage, Continental summer tyres impress with their low rolling resistance, resulting in lower fuel consumption and thus lower CO2 emissions.

Continental Summer Tyres the best for sunny roads

Vast Selection for a Wide Range of Demands and Vehicles

Continental offers a vast selection of summer tyres for a wide range of demands and vehicles. Whether car, SUV, or van - Continental summer tyres are the right choice for the warm season. Not only independent testers are impressed by the Conti summer tyres, but also many European car manufacturers rely on them as original accessories.

With its ContiPremiumContact range, the manufacturer has developed summer tyres that are specifically tailored to the needs of premium brand motorists. The special shape of the grooves produces a swirling effect when wet, which quickly dissipates water and prevents aquaplaning. With this effect, it allows a simultaneous sporty and safe driving in every weather. Together with the ContiEcoContact 5, this tyre represents the flagships of the Continental summer tyres for compact and mid-range vehicles.

Right Product for Every Requirement

The summer tyres are developed and produced according to the latest technology. The aim is to provide motorists with an above-average level of driving safety and comfort. Additionally, Continental summer tyres are produced according to the latest environmental standards to be able to offer customers a sustainable product. Among other things, Continental is researching the use of dandelion rubber to avoid the long supply routes for rubber from the equatorial regions.

Regardless of which vehicle is concerned and what requirements are made of a summer tyre, Continental usually has the right one for the warmer half of the year for every motorist. Despite the effort and quality of the tyres, prices are at a competitive level. You can get your Continental summer tyre and order it at a favourable price and free shipping on Tyres-Outlet.co.uk, today.
