Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.
 
Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.
 
Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!
 
Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.
 
Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.
 
Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Original equipment quality: optimum adjustment to the vehicle
Tyres with a special OEM marking on the sidewall, e.g. "MO" for Mercedes-Benz, were developed in cooperation with a specific car manufacturer and the tyre industry. These tyres have been homologated by the vehicle manufacturer and are a perfect match for a specific model. They have been specially designed to highlight or further improve the performance characteristics of the car in question, thus representing the culmination of a state-of-the-art fine-tuning process that perfectly complements the latest technological developments in the automotive industry. Tyres with manufacturer's markings can of course also be used on other vehicles.

Terrible grip in dry and wet. They are dangerous due to the amount drift. I thought they were low on pressure when I first used them. Only fitted to the rear and cause back end to drift when corning at speed. I have no confidence in cornering with them. They are okay in the snow though so if you&#39;re using only in snow they should be okay.

Amazing tyres, grip is excellent, comfort and noise are excellent. the only thing i can fault is that the wear isn&#39;t anything special. Down to 4mm after 6000 miles. My tyre size is 245/35R18 but tyretest will not let me add the correct size above.

Excellent tyres chosen via the reviews by Jon @ tyrereviews.co.uk - they faired very well against the likes of the Michelin PS5s and at the time of buying (Feb2023) the Goodyears were &pound;250 cheaper than the PS5s; but more or less neck &amp; neck with them in the tyre review! That swung the decision for me, more so with the money saving!

Car Driven : BMW 425D 225Hp . Quite quietly from the start until the first 10,000 km they kept a relatively low noise level until the end of their lives. Relatively comfortable especially considering that is a runflat tire. The tire tread still retains its original groove and design but has significant wear points on both edge and there are some small tire detachments. In the few rains we have in Greece it never had a hadling problem or breaking and did not create any feeling of insecurity. in short it is a good quiet tire ROF tire, comfortable and efficient in fast driving.

I haven&#39;t pushed the tyres any where near their limit as I drive very conservatively as an experienced driver, in a rural location, only travelling when required and choosing to drive at quiet times, and then came along Covid19. Wheel alignment was done when tyres were fitted so no abnormal wear, and last winter was only really wet and mild. So I gave them 4, they may well be 5s but I can&#39;t say.

After using Michelin tires for the past 20 years model PS4, ENGERY SAVER, the cross climates on this vito crew sport, the tire life has being shocking, 8,000 miles and there so expensive 1k a set, so decided to give the Goodyear&#39;s ago, I&#39;m was shocked at how well these are performing, the ride is so much better, the Michelins have straight side walls, which ride very hard, you feel every bump..... Goodyear&#39;s ride comfort, life and grip has been amazing I&#39;ve done 17,000 miles and there is still life on the rear tires, id say there will do 22,000, and an set of these is 600 quid.... see you later Michelin, all my vans and cars are going Goodyears.....

This is the second time I have bought a full set of these tyres. I mostly drive on motorways, country roads and off road. My fuel efficiency went up when I put on my first set. The ride is more comfortable and the grip is excellent in dry and wet weather. They have performed well on snow. Despite being all weather the rate of wear is very good. I would definitely buy them again.

My tyre size was 205 55 16 but not in the list! Unbelieveble in wet surface but average on dry breaking. Good aquaplanning and snow traction. Good comfort but average noise.

so after 14 months/25166 km of driving these tyres are down to 3 or 4mm on the front and 5.5 mm on the back. I&#39;ve never had any need to brake hard in the wet but i have corned sharply at 90 km/hr using these tyres and they do hold the road well. I know i should rotate these but its hard to get time for everything. They are very good value but maybe a bit noisy on the road. I bought 4 together and at &euro;120 each when you compare to michelin pilot sport is really great value for money. They are wearing fairly evenly too so overall the verdict is i would highly recommend these.

- I fitted the new Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres mid April and with very low mileage on the road and less than 100 miles on track the tyres are done and worn out.. - fabrics showing&hellip;?! I did many track days previously with the S001 RFTs with no issues- Potenza Sport is simply not a tyre for track use - even for a lap or two&hellip;

Just avoid, unless you live in Finland or something. Driving in WET and Dry, just terrible grip and I have a 4x4 Subaru with LSD. It&#39;s shocking really. Unless you drive really slow, it&#39;s OK then, but come roundabout they just don&#39;t grip doesn&#39;t matter wet or dry. Good in snow, but it should be at least good in wet as well and OK in dry, but It&#39;s crap in both wet and dry, so not good for me, will not buy again.

I didn&#39;t get these on until Feb/Mar when worst of the weather had passed. Driven on main roads &amp; motorways at temps between 3&deg;c and 16&deg;c in mixed weather without problems. Obviously they were less responsive at the higher temps but never felt dangerous. No sign of wear at all. Dry road grip when accelerating lost traction a bit too easily but cornering was predictable.

The loudest tires ever bought in 30 years... I went back to seller who recommended brand and model, he replied is road&#39;s fault... Now after just 2000km I am looking forward to wear them out, as these tires turned a very very quiet car (reason why I bough it) in a rumble of madness on the motorway where grainy asphalt is used for draining water... let me reiterate: the loudest tires ever bought in 30 years !! I am italian and was happy to buy an italian product... after this experience... no more Pirelli... EVER ! There are so many good brands out there. Pirelli if you read this review, I am available to sell back these tires to you immediately. A very unhappy customer.

Was upgrading wheels so decided to get all new tyres aswell so picked tyres that were of a better make with good properties however they do slip easily on a wet road more than I had expected, give a comfortable ride considering the state of some roads seem to be wearing well although not done a large mileage on these so far, road noise is acceptable, all in all I would say they seem to be a decent tyre overall
